The energy of the Tatra Mountains enables total regeneration. A regenerated mind, devoid of information overload and unnecessary thoughts, is ready for new sensations and taking the best from the nature around us. Moreover, we will gladly take care of the regeneration of the body, hardened by hiking, biking, or skiing routes.
Years of experience have allowed us to create original rituals that involve a combination of therapeutic massage with three gifts of nature: stone, wood, and ice. The combination of aromatherapy with the effects of a therapeutic massage based on elements of manual therapy will soothe any body.
Regeneration at EN Hotel is handled by experienced physiotherapists. During treatments, we use all-natural cosmetics from the Swiss company SOEDER. The oils containing squalene, jojoba, macadamia, and almond oils are silky soft, absorb well, provide luxurious care, and are like a nutritious meal for the skin.
Rituals
Stone ritual
Classical massage: cleansing and energizing. A ritual based on the miraculous properties of the mountain stone. Performed with a warm stone of irregular shape, allowing action on specific areas and muscle parts. It cleanses the body and mind and restores balance.
Ice ritual
Classical massage performed with an original herbal blend encased in a block of ice. It will soothe tired muscles, replenish vitality, and enable further activities.
Wood ritual
Classical massage based on the use of a piece of wood. The stick is used to improve circulation and stimulate muscles to recover and release tension. In addition, it smoothens the skin and improves its appearance. The wood ritual is an ideal complement to a training.
Each ritual is preceded by a scrub with salt from the Dead Sea. The purpose of the scrub is to cleanse the skin and remove the unnecessary part of the epidermis. It deeply cleanses the entire body, makes the skin young and healthy, and perfectly prepares it for further treatments. By getting rid of the top layer of dead skin, we give our selected Swiss cosmetics a chance to penetrate the skin even better and fully nourish it. A salt scrub is included in the price of the ritual. It is, naturally, possible to opt out of it—just tell that to your physiotherapist before the massage begins.
