This document defines the privacy policy of the enhotel.pl website, available at https://enhotel.pl/. In providing our services, we care about your privacy. Below, we indicate the principles of processing your personal data and the principles of using cookies.
Personal data processing
In fulfilment of the information obligation imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:

2. Your personal data is processed to conclude and execute a hotel service agreement and/or conclude and perform a voucher sale agreement – based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and to fulfil billing, accounting, tax and archiving obligations incumbent on the Controller by law and, moreover, to assert potential claims arising from the execution of the concluded agreement – based on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR and, moreover, in the case of granting consent to the processing of data for marketing/advertising purposes – based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
3. The processing of the data mentioned above shall last for the time covering the execution of this agreement and the time necessary to assert any claims related to the concluded agreement and, moreover, for the time required to fulfil billing, accounting, tax, archiving and other obligations incumbent on the Controller by law, and regarding processing based on the granted consent – until the withdrawal of the granted consent.
4. Your personal data may be made available to entities contracted by the Controller to achieve the purposes indicated in item 2, including entities providing services related to booking – to the extent necessary for the provision of services, including, in particular, entities providing IT services to the Controller – to the extent necessary for the provision of IT services to the Controller, entities providing marketing services – to the extent necessary for the provision of marketing services, entities such as banks and payment operators – handling electronic payments or payment cards – if you use the method of electronic payments or payment cards – to the extent necessary for the handling of payments, entities providing accounting and legal services to the Controller and, moreover, entities and authorities to which there is an obligation to make data available which results from the provisions of law.
5. You have data protection rights, including, in particular, the right to access, rectify or supplement your data, the right to request the restriction of data processing or to object to data processing and, moreover, the right to request the erasure of personal data to the extent possible. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint concerning processing your personal data to the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Concerning data processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent, which may be done at any time. Consents may be revoked by you at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the data processing before its withdrawal.
7. Your personal data shall be processed by automated means, including profiling for ordinary profiling (e.g., tailoring messages to your interests), to better tailor targeted information and marketing messages about the Controller, its products and services, and the Controller’s affiliates. 8. Your personal data shall not be transferred to entities outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
