Philosophy

There is one place in the centre of the hotel—an open kitchen and a communal table. The bar, kitchen, and reception area are not clearly separated. We want to nurture a sense of community and community building. We are here for you at any time!

Like the entire facility, our restaurant is authentic and consistent with its surroundings. It’s mountain cuisine, inspired by the region and incorporating influences from all the surrounding cultures, from Austria-Hungary to Wallachia to the Carpathian Mountains. We combine in one pot everything that has been interwoven over the years in Kuźnice, inviting our guests on a culinary journey that will remain in their memories long afterward.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is neo-fine dining in an edition that is cosy, unadorned, and close to nature. Our dishes first and foremost contain the highest-quality products from places up to 100 kilometres from our habitat. Our secret is simplicity—we do everything we can to expose the excellence of the product in all its glory; there is nothing superfluous in our dishes. Just as the EN Hotel is the finest wood and stone, and we only enhance their beauty, in the restaurant we use finest ingredients sourced from the Tatra Mountains, and all we do is careful processing, refined over the years with our techniques. The dishes at our restaurant bring together the region’s natural treasures and contemporary skills to create traditional Podhale cuisine with a modern twist.

We offer à la carte and tasting menus. We make sure that the meals have the right caloric content, because we know that they need to provide energy for a full day in the mountains or quickly rebuild strength. We create our own isotonic drinks, squeeze juices, and work with nutritionists to create balanced meals for vegetarians and people who want to detoxify their bodies while in the Tatra Mountains. Every day, we open our doors to hotel guests as well as all lovers of unique culinary experiences visiting the Tatra Mountains.

Bar

Our bar brings together the best of the mountains, but we are not limited to the Tatra Mountains this time. We provide a cosmopolitan experience based on local products from the Podhale region and complemented by ingredients from mountains all over Europe, from the Dolomites to the Piedmont to the Alps. At the EN Bar, you will taste our original liquors, cocktails with fruits of the forest, as well as French and Austrian wines and drinks known from Swiss and Italian routes.
